When and Where is the 26th Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta?
The 26th Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta’s A Weekend of Everything that Flies will be held on February 13-15, 2026 at New Clark City, Capas, Tarlac, Philippines
Can we stay overnight in the fiesta grounds?
No. The fiesta venue closes at 9:30 PM. Only authorized personnel are allowed to stay in the fiesta grounds after hours.
Can I leave the festival and re-enter later in the day?
Yes, you can leave the fiesta grounds and re-enter within the same day, provided that you are still wearing your event bracelet upon re-entry.
Can we get close to the balloons and other aircraft?
The entrance ticket allows you to enter the public spectator area and view the balloons and other aircraft from a safe distance. Only authorized personnel are allowed to enter the restricted areas.
Can I ride the hot air balloons and other aircraft?
Yes, tickets for discovery flights via hot air balloon and tandem rides will be made available. Please stay tuned to our official website and social media pages for further announcements regarding availability and ticket selling.
Are food and drinks allowed inside the venue?
Outside food and drinks are NOT allowed in the fiesta venue. Our concessionaires have provided many food options inside the event grounds.
Are alcoholic beverages allowed inside the fiesta venue?
Only alcoholic beverages purchased from the concessionaire tents and booths can be consumed inside the fiesta venue.
Can we bring our own tents, mats, and chairs inside the venue?
Tents are not allowed inside the venue. Only mats and foldable chairs are allowed.
Are there restrooms available inside the venue?
Yes, restrooms are available around the fiesta venue.
Is smoking allowed at the fiesta venue?
For safety reasons, smoking is not allowed inside the venue, except for designated smoking areas, which will be properly marked.
