TICKETING FAQS
How do I purchase a ticket?
- Tickets are available online at https://www.philballoonfest.net/tickets. After a successful transaction, a QR code will be sent to the email you provided. This QR code will be scanned at the entrance gates for verification. Event bracelets will be issued upon scanning of the tickets. The bracelet must be worn at all times for the duration of the event.
- Tickets can also be purchased at the entrance gates during the event dates.
How much are tickets for children?
Children 2 years old and below at the time of the event can enter for FREE. Proof of the child’s age may be asked at the entrance gates. Standard ticket prices apply for children 3 years old and above.
Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can purchase?
- There is no limit for the regular rate tickets.
- Yes, for the tickets purchased with Senior Citizen or PWD discount. 1 ticket for 1 ID presented during purchase.
Can Senior & PWD discount be applied?
Senior citizens and PWDs are entitled to a 20% discount by presenting the proper ID.
Is the ticket transferable to another person?
Yes, a purchased ticket is transferrable, except for the SC and PWD ticket. Please note that tickets are sold for the specific date indicated on the ticket. Tickets are valid only for the event date stated.
Can I refund my tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets only become refundable if event is officially cancelled at the discretion of the PIHABF organizers.
When will we be getting our wristband?
Wristbands will be issued on the day of the fiesta upon entry. Fiesta wristbands are non-transferable once worn. Any damaged or tampered with wristbands will be considered void and will be denied entry.
