February weather is perfect for kite flying, and hundreds of different colors, shapes, and sizes are often seen dotting the Clark skyline during the Fiesta. Watch beautiful kites dance during kite flying exhibitions by hobbyists, and maybe fly your own! Bring your own carefully crafted design or choose from the many kites in the fly market, to make sure you make the most of the fiesta’s beautiful weather.
During the Fiesta, kite-making and kite flying activities add interactivity to visitors’ experience. Well-known kite flyers from Pampanga, Isabela, Batangas, and Laguna grace the occasion and promote kite flying as a traditional and cultural heritage. There are kite-making workshops. In addition to that, a 45-minute kite show and kite flying exhibitions will be done inside the venue by the Kite Association of the Philippines and Kite Team Philippines.
